Before your permanent brow treatment, it's essential to prepare to ensure the best possible outcome:


Avoid alcohol and caffeine 24 hours prior to your appointment as they can cause increased bleeding and sensitivity.

Stop using retinol or Vitamin A products at least one week before, as they can thin your skin.


Refrain from tweezing, waxing, or threading your brows for at least a few days before the treatment so that your technician can see your natural brow shape.


Bring photos or reference images to show the style and shape you prefer.


Avoid sun exposure and tanning to prevent sunburned skin around your brows.

Book Your Brows

During a permanent brow treatment, here's what typically happens:


Consultation: You will have a consultation where your brow technician will assess your face shape, natural brows, and desired look.


Brow Mapping/Shaping: The technician will then sketch out the shape of your new brows with a pencil, allowing you to agree on the final look before the treatment begins.


Numbing: A topical numbing cream will be applied to minimize discomfort.


Treatment: Once numb, the technician uses a fine blade or needle to create hairlike strokes or shading, depending on the chosen technique, depositing pigment into the skin.

Throughout the procedure, you may feel a slight scratching sensation, but it should not be painful.


The entire process can take between 1.5-2 hours from consultation to completion.

After your permanent brow treatment, expect the following:


The treated area may be red and swollen; it's normal and should subside within a few days.

Your brows may appear darker and more intense immediately after – this will fade significantly as they heal.


Minimal scabbing or flaking may occur as part of the healing process.


It's crucial not to pick at scabs or flakes, as it can affect the healing process.


Full healing typically takes about 4 to 6 weeks, after which a touch-up session may be necessary to fill in any areas that faded or didn't take the pigment well.


Post-treatment care is vital to achieving the best results. After your appointment:


Keep the brow area dry and clean.


Apply any post-care ointment provided by your technician as directed.


Avoid exercise, saunas, and swimming to prevent moisture and bacteria from affecting the healing.


Do not use makeup or skincare products on the brows for at least 10 days.


Avoid direct sunlight and tanning for a few weeks to prevent fading.


Schedule your follow-up appointment for a touch-up if your technician recommends one.
